Summer Camp at Lakeview - Sloan Memorial UMC

Our Children/youth, their parents and sponsors extend a hearty THANKS for your EXTRAVAGANT GENEROSITY and ongoing support as you helped to send 10 of our children and 2 sponsors to Summer Camp at Lakeview, June 17 thru 21 in Palestine, TX. They traveled in comfort and style via a chartered bus from the Sam Limousine Chartered Bus Fleet and enjoyed a week of spiritual growth, personal growth, meeting new people, building community and making new memories, – “Unplugged” with no Technology-Connecting with God! Congratulations to Elizabeth Elder who was awarded the coveted “MID-HIGH CAMPER OF THE WEEK AWARD”. The campers included: Karis Brownlee, Elle Foster, Laila Green, Noah Joubert, Kamdyn Brownlee, Elizabeth Elder, Kieryn Brownlee, Morgan Cebrun, Christian Green, and Micah Atkins. The counselors included: Gwen Foster and Jasmine Thomas.
